NOTES TO CONTRIBUTORS

  1. The first page should be contained in a separate paper, the author’s paper title, contact details; institutional affiliation, email address and telephone numbers.
  2. Key words should not exceed 4 words.
  3. Paper should be submitted on Ms-word format.
  4. Font size 12, Times New Romans and Double Line Spacing
  5. Authors should strictly conform to APA 6th edition referencing style.
  6. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts conform to the journal style.
  7. The Editors will not undertake retyping of manuscripts before publication.
  8. Manuscripts should not exceed 15 pages including the references.
  9. Authors are requested to submit their abstract online via email
  10. A final decision on every manuscript will be communicated to the corresponding author with reviewer’s comments.

Paper Selection Process

  1. On receiving the author’s paper, the system will send an acknowledgement to the corresponding author immediately.
  2. The process of peer review may take up to 4 weeks.
  3. After reviewing the author’s manuscript, the editorial board will email a Notification of Acceptance to the corresponding author, indicating acceptance or rejection, as well as the date of publication.
  4. Authors are advised to edit their paper very well before submission.
  5. Once you submit the re-edited manuscript, the system will send you a confirmation email.
  6. After publishing, the authors may download the e-journal from the webpage while hard copies are also available on demand.
