NOTES TO CONTRIBUTORS
- The first page should be contained in a separate paper, the author’s paper title, contact details; institutional affiliation, email address and telephone numbers.
- Key words should not exceed 4 words.
- Paper should be submitted on Ms-word format.
- Font size 12, Times New Romans and Double Line Spacing
- Authors should strictly conform to APA 6th edition referencing style.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts conform to the journal style.
- The Editors will not undertake retyping of manuscripts before publication.
- Manuscripts should not exceed 15 pages including the references.
- Authors are requested to submit their abstract online via email
- A final decision on every manuscript will be communicated to the corresponding author with reviewer’s comments.
Paper Selection Process
- On receiving the author’s paper, the system will send an acknowledgement to the corresponding author immediately.
- The process of peer review may take up to 4 weeks.
- After reviewing the author’s manuscript, the editorial board will email a Notification of Acceptance to the corresponding author, indicating acceptance or rejection, as well as the date of publication.
- Authors are advised to edit their paper very well before submission.
- Once you submit the re-edited manuscript, the system will send you a confirmation email.
- After publishing, the authors may download the e-journal from the webpage while hard copies are also available on demand.
